My husband’s coworker grows his own vegetables and gave us a couple of gigantic zucchini. To show how big they were, my husband placed an 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper next to them. Because of their enormous size, this picture describes the most unique food that’s come into my kitchen. We were eating off of this vegetable for the whole week!
