Woke up, got out of bed
Dragged a comb across my head
Found my way downstairs and drank a cup
And looking up, I noticed I was late
This part of the Beatles’ song “A Day in the Life” pretty much sums up my mornings before work because I’m making fresh juices and smoothies for breakfast – always running late, but always worth it to enjoy this fresh meal in the morning. And, that’s what fresh means to me.
What does everyone else enjoy for breakfast in the morning? I’m usually a creature of habit, but am willing to try new things if someone has a good breakfast recipe!
I usually eat buckwheat flakes for breakfast, but it has just been too hot for that here in Wales the past few weeks so I’ve been having gluten-free cereal with soya milk instead. Your smoothies look great, I’m hoping to get a juicer soon so I can make better smoothies and not burn my blender out anymore 🙂

Those both sound good! I know what you mean about it being too hot. It’s too hot in Atlanta for oatmeal right now. I’m a smoothie-holic 🙂
