Molly is one of the funniest people I know so I thought maybe she was being humorous, but I came to find out that this was no joke. After finishing this video, I felt all the tension leave my body from my run the day before – it was magical.
I’ve been training again for a race – this time the Garden of the Gods 10 Miler – and whenever I get back into those longer miles, I fall off the wagon with cross training. Not this training season though. I’ve incorporated both dance and a body pump class in my weekly routine, and now I’m circulating in yoga. I don’t know why I waited this long to do yoga. The website with the free videos definitely helps with variety and keeping it interesting!
I’m curious, who does yoga out there? Any good resources you’d like to share?
